On 18 October 2018, Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA, Dr. Klaus Hirschler (tax advisor and professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business) and Jens Hafemann (lawyer and tax advisor at Cleary Gottlieb) will give a joint lecture on "Cross-border M&A transactions involving "troublesome" minority shareholders" at the 22nd Annual Forum for Law and Tax. On 19 October 2018, Dr. Hasenauer – who this year also assumes the general technical management of RuSt – will moderate a panel discussion entitled "A state governed by the rule of law versus one governed by the judiciary?"
